Bitewing Games – Iliad
2 players compete for the favor of the gods in this Trojan War strategy game. Place your tiles wisely, gain victory tokens and choose your victory conditions as the war progresses. Includes variable board set up, simple game play and meaningful decisions each turn. Ages 10+. Plays in about half an hour.

Bitewing Games – Ichor
a 2 player game of Greek gods vs monsters of the mythology. Players compete head to head in a game where the character abilities create asymmetric forces. Active one use powers, gain the upper hand and move closer to victory. Includes variable board set up and easy to understand game play while making tough choices every turn. Ages 10+. Plays in about 45 minutes.

Reaper Miniatures – New miniature sets from Reaper
Gregor the Winter Wizard, Nick the Christmas Halfling, Herschel the Reindeer and Christmas Familiars round out the holiday releases for this week.

Rounding out the boxed sets is the
30th Anniversary Dragon (with a mounted and foot Death Knight), and the Lighthouse. Want to upgrade the Tower? A kit adds guards, a short fence and banners. Last but not least, the Storm Giant Queen has arrived.

Yes indeed, it’s been a bit. And with all the pre- and post- Thanksgving/Black Friday along with the other pre rest of the winter holiday stuff, well, we’ve been busy.
So, here is some of the items that have come in so far …
Wargames Atlantic – new multi-part plastic miniature sets
Well, they aren’t all -new-, but they have only been out a very short while. So, a quick recap to bring them back into the spotlight for the moment…

This Quar’s War – Crusader Ailthean Tractor – a single 28mm armored tractor. Includes parts to create a vehicle and crew in hard plastic.
