Wednesday Oct 11th – Mid Week Update

Howdy friends, fans and customers of Games Plus!
A quick update :

  1. We are going through the Fall Auction lots and getting totals and unsold merchandise together. We expect to have the totals and returns ready on FRIDAY 10/13.
  2. The Game Room is back and fully functioning. The terrain is back, the game library is back and the doors are open. However, call ahead. With last week disrupting games we are packed with reservations and we might not have tables this weekend.
  3. There is no lack of new merchandise coming out. Have an update below..

Pretzel Games – Cartagena Escape Diaries
Can you lead a great escape to get your pirates out of prison? 2-5 players, ages 8 and up. Take your chances on a leaky raft, follow the captain or try to lead yourself. This revised game has not only the original (first escape) but also new escapes for added variety and replayability. Plays in half hour to an hour based on players.

Arkus Games – Dreadful Meadows
As a confectioner you sow and grow Candy Seeds to create the best Candy Crops. Get help from Sugar Sprites, summon Harvesters to get your crops, make new Concoctions and create this seasons sweetest sensation! 1 to 4 players, ages 13 and up. Plays in around an hour.

Create your own Bonsai creations, cultivate an amazing work and gain a spot in the Imperial Garden. Gain tiles, create your bonsai and grow. Designed for ages 10 and up. Plays in under an hour.

Aporta Games – Revive
5000 years after mankind’s downfall you lead your tribe to explore a frozen world. Discover secrets of the past, recruit followers and rebuild civilization. Play as one of 6 unique tribes. Relearn ancient technology, unlock machines and customize your board. Ages 14 and up. 1 to 4 players. Takes about 2 hours to play.

Tabula Games – Icaion
As a Seeker you set ou to find treasure, relics, Qoam and artifacts from ancient times. Lead a convoy to the barrens surrounding the City and bring back as much as you can. Compete with rival Seekers, beware myriad hazards and pay attention for the Colossus, a titanic being moving through the lands spreading illness. 2 to 5 players taking around 2 hours to play.

Thundergryph Games – Darwin’s Journey
1 to 4 players explore the Galapagos using an innovative worker progression system. Gather specimens, do research, deliver them to museums and add to the knowledge of biology. Has a solo mode as well as the multi-player game. Ages 14 and up. Plays in about half an hour per player.

Thundergryph Gryph Games – Darwin’s Journey : Firelands Expansion
Darwin and his people examine Tierra del Fuego to study the species and biodome there. However time is short so restrain your efforts to best use that limited resource. new map, new rules and more fun.

Days of Wonder – Ticket to Ride : Berlin
This fast paced 2 to 4 player game challenges players to visit iconic locations before their opponents fill out their ride tickets. Street cars and subways add to the possibilities making this TTR game unique and fast playing. Ages 8 and up. Plays in around 15 minutes.

Game Force Nine – Dune : House Ecaz & House Moritani
New game mechanics add Homeworld raids, and stockpile destruction. Nexus cards add incentives and special effects for avoiding alliances. Discovery tokens add new elements to the game inviting players to use sections of the board they may normally not.

Wizkids Games – Heroclix Iconic Retailer Exclusive : Death of Superman
This 8 cix set features Doomsday, Superman, Superboy, Supergirl, Steel, Cyborg Superman, Eradicator and Regenerated (black costume) Superman. All in a clear front collector box.
